Do you have a bright and curious high schooler at home? Imagine them delving into the exciting world of university-level research, guided by the very faculty who shape knowledge here at NC State. Faculty are now offering an online summer research experience for high school students after a successful winter program, which included 66 students from throughout the United States and Asia. It is designed to introduce young minds to the fundamental methodologies that drive discovery.
This summer, students can choose from five research topics spanning a range of interests:
- Drone Delivery For Retail: Assessing, Analyzing, & Predictive Modeling
- Digital Communication Strategies & Consumer Data Analysis
- Visualization In Engineering
- Financial Derivatives Pricing in the U.S.
- Understanding the Sustainable Development Goals and Human Well-being
Partial scholarships are available for students, and additional $50 scholarships will be made available for children of NC State faculty and staff.
