The Global Training Initiative (GTI) at NC State University offers professional development training on a variety of topics for overseas educators who teach a wide range of subjects. Our training has reached more than 2,400 teachers, professors, and administrators across the world.

Curriculum Academy

We partner with universities worldwide to offer a dynamic hybrid professional development program for groups of faculty, instructional designers, and program directors. Participants move from theory to practice, mastering advanced teaching strategies, modern instructional tools, and effective curriculum design.

We invite faculty and researchers at NC State and other North Carolina universities to get involved with the academy.

English Language Training Certificate

The ELT Certificate Program reached hundreds of English teachers in Azerbaijan over the course of five years. Participants gained exposure to interactive learning environments, ultimately enhancing their ability to engage students in more dynamic ways.
