I’m a young professional seeking meaningful ways to travel and understand global cultures.

Tell us what you were doing before you came to NC State/GTI.

I was finishing my bachelor’s degree at Clemson University when I started hunting for a non-immigration related job in international education.

Tell us what you do in a few sentences.

I coordinate non-credit study and professional development programs for our international clients and partners as well as facilitate opportunities for global learning for the general NC State community.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I stay busy with friends and family during the evenings and weekends. I spend my money on live music at concerts and festivals, and I spend my free time snuggling with my dog on the couch.

What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?

I played baritone in the Clemson University marching band. Ten years later, I’m married to a fellow band-mate and we have an active group of friends from our Tiger Band days.
